Causes of dark skin and its treatment methods
Dark skin is one of the skin problems that occur for various reasons and makes people not feel good about themselves, so you should strive for your skin’s health and beauty.

- Drink plenty of water and keep your body hydrated.

- Eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E.
Ways to treat and get rid of dark skin:
Milk, flour, and baking soda
Elements:
- Two tablespoons milk
- One tablespoon flour
- One tablespoon baking soda
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place the resulting paste on the skin to dry. Then gently wash your skin with cold water.
Coconut oil, sugar, and lemon juice
Elements:
- One tablespoon coconut oil
- One tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation method:
All you have to do is mix all the ingredients in a bowl, apply it as a mask, put it on your skin except the eyes and around it, and then wash your face with water and then dry it.
Turmeric yogurt and lemon juice
Elements:
- Two tablespoons yogurt
- One tablespoon turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients in a clean bowl, then apply the mask on your skin for 2 minutes without moving. Let it dry and then wash your face with cold water.
Milk powder face mask
Elements:
- Two tablespoons milk powder
- One tablespoon orange juice
Preparation method:
Combine all ingredients, apply a layer on your face to dry, and then wash off with warm water.
Tomatoes, lemon juice, and honey
Elements:
- One tablespoon tomato juice
- 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice
- One tablespoon honey
Preparation method:
Mix the ingredients, apply on all parts of the face for 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water and cold water.
Herbal mask to remove dark skin
Combine a series of herbal products with rose water and apply the resulting paste on your skin to dry, then wash off with cold water.
Milk and mango
Elements:
- Mango
- Two tablespoons milk
- Some water (optional)
Preparation method:
Mix the ingredients to make a thick paste and cover it around your face and neck. Please wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to dry, then rinse with cold water.
Mask of lemon, honey, turmeric, and cinnamon

- One tablespoon lemon juice
- One tablespoon cinnamon powder

- One tablespoon orange juice
- One tablespoon turmeric

Mix the ingredients and apply on your face for 10 minutes to dry. Then rinse with cold water.
Lemon honey
Elements:
- One tablespoon lemon
- One tablespoon honey
Preparation method:
Combine the ingredients and apply on the face for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash off.
Turmeric milk
Elements:
- One tablespoon wood powder
- One tablespoon milk
- One tablespoon turmeric
Preparation method:
Combine the above ingredients to get a firm paste and then apply on the face to dry. Then rinse with mild water.
Orange mask, sugar, and aloe vera gel
Elements:
- Three tablespoons orange juice
- Two tablespoons aloe vera juice
- One teaspoon brown sugar
Preparation method:
Combine everything in a bowl, put on your skin for 5 to 15 minutes, gently rub your face for 10 minutes, and then rinse with water.
Warning: Do this slowly. Wash your face a lot because sugar damages your skin.
Cucumber with lemon juice
Elements:
- Cucumber
- 1/2 lemon juice
Preparation method:
Chop the cucumber in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour, then add the lemon juice and rub it on your face.
Please put it on your face for 15 minutes, then wipe your face with a cotton ball soaked in cold water.
Warning: Be careful with the amount of lemon juice because too much can irritate the skin and itch.
