Treat facial age spots at home

Facial spots due to aging are the same black or brown spots with a smooth surface that can occur in different sizes on the arms, shoulders, hands, and face. Many of these spots are also caused by sunlight, but some become more severe with age.

Castor oil

Castor oil has healing properties and can quickly cure these spots. You can also add some almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil, or vitamin E to speed up the healing process.

Just mix some castor oil with your favorite oil and put it on cotton, and rub it on your face; gently massage this area for a few minutes and wait for a few hours, then wash your face with water and use this treatment method. Do it every morning and every night.

Lemon juice

Lemon has whitening properties and contains citric acid that brightens the skin and improves its overall appearance, so if you have sensitive skin, do not use this method.

The first method:

Chop some lemon, rub it on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes, and then wash it off. Do this twice a day.

The second method:

Take lemon juice, put it on your skin for 20 minutes, and then wash it off with water.

Third method:

Combine lemon juice with a little vinegar, keep on the stains for 15 minutes, and then wash off.

The fourth method:

Combine a few teaspoons of lemon juice with a teaspoon of turmeric and apply on the stain half an hour before washing.

The fifth method:

Combine a few teaspoons of tomato juice with a few teaspoons of lemon juice and leave the stain for 30 minutes.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is suitable for removing blemishes on any skin type, moisturizing your skin, and removing brown spots.

Take an aloe vera leaf, take out the gel with your spoon or finger, put the gel on the desired area for 30 minutes, and then wash it off with water. Repeat this procedure twice a day for a month.

Chickpea flour

Chickpea flour is a great mask for removing brown spots due to aging. First, mix a few teaspoons of Chickpea flour, a teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of tomato juice, and a few drops of almond or castor oil. You can also add some rose water to the mixture, then add this mixture to apply on the face for 20 minutes to dry enough, then rub and finally rinse with lukewarm water; repeat this procedure once a day.

buttermilk

Your skin will feel cool with buttermilk, and its color is light and fresh, pour some paste in a bowl and dip some pads in it and then apply to the desired place, wait 15 minutes, and then your face Wash and if you have oily or acne-prone skin, you can also add some lemon juice.

Yogurt

Yogurt is a home remedy for facial pain and contains lactic acid that brightens the skin. Just combine a teaspoon of lemon juice with a tablespoon of yogurt and put this mixture in the desired place for half an hour. Then rinse with cold water and then use a light moisturizer and do this twice a week for three months.

Mustard root

The mustard root is excellent for removing facial blemishes due to aging. Combine half a cup of apple cider vinegar with a few pieces of mustard root and then keep it in a sealed container for two weeks. Do this for a few months to see your skin lighten up.

Gooseberry

Red grapes are healthy food, have a very tasty taste, and can also be used to remove skin blemishes. Mix a tablespoon of honey with a quarter cup of gooseberries, rub it on your skin for 15 to 20 minutes, rinse with fresh water, and repeat this procedure once a day.

Juice

Juices contain natural and organic ingredients and remove blemishes on the face. For example, you can use it to remove brown spots on the skin.

Combine equal amounts of orange juice, parsley juice, lemon juice, and raisin juice. Massage this mixture on your desired area for 15 minutes and then wash it and use this method once a day.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is one of the most effective home remedies for skin diseases and improves skin color.

The first method:

Mix apple cider vinegar with some water, add a little honey to it, apply it on your skin, and wash your face thoroughly after 1-2 minutes; try this method once a day.

The second method:

Combine a few tablespoons of orange juice with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and apply to the desired area to dry completely. Then wash your face with lukewarm water; repeat this procedure once or twice a day.

Sandalwood

Sandalwood is one of the excellent anti-aging and antiseptic treatments and reduces brown spots.

The first method:

Combine a few tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of glycerin, and a few teaspoons of rose water. Apply it on the desired spots to dry. Then rinse with cold water, repeat several times a week.

The second method:

Combine a few tablespoons of sandalwood, some vitamin E oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and a tablespoon of orange juice, mix well and apply on face, hands, and feet. Wait 30 minutes and then rinse with fresh water; repeat this procedure several times a week.

Third method:

Combine a few drops of sandalwood oil with almond oil or olive oil. Apply this mixture to the desired skin, leave it on the skin overnight, and wash it off with water. Do this every day to get the best results from it.

Mango

Mango contains hydroxyl acid and enzymes that exfoliate the skin and eliminate skin blemishes and acne. This substance is not only good for health but also cares for the beauty of your skin, brightens it, and cleans it well.

Peel a Mango, grate it, and rub it on the affected area. Wait 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water; repeat this procedure twice a day.

Before use, test a small amount of mango on a large skin area to see if you are allergic to it.

Onion juice

Onion is an effective ingredient for skin and body health, has whitening properties, is acidic, and removes strong spots.

The first method:

Chop the onion and rub it on your skin daily for 20 minutes.

The second method:

Combine a few tablespoons of honey and a tablespoon of onion juice and apply to your skin. Wait 15 minutes, and then wash your face with lukewarm water.

Do this once or twice a day for best results.

Avoid skin blemishes with the following solutions:

  • Vitamin B12 deficiency, vitamin A deficiency, folic acid, and anemia can cause skin blemishes, so eat foods rich in these vitamins.
  • Fruits, red and green vegetables, foods rich in antioxidants, and foods rich in vitamin A or E also help keep people healthy and prevent blemishes.
  • Use the mask properly; for example, using parsley, celery, and lemon as a mask helps the skin’s health, but if you use this mask and are exposed to the sun, your face will be stained because parsley juice Contains this substance. It is called sorrel, which produces skin pigments against the harmful rays of the sun. So before using the mask, make sure you are not allergic, and then use sunscreen.
  • The most important cause of blemishes is the sun’s harmful rays. To prevent blemishes, everyone, especially pregnant women, should use physical sunscreen and apply half a teaspoon of sunscreen on their skin every two hours. In addition, sunscreen should have a higher SPF30 protection level to prevent stains.
  • Anti-dandruff creams with different ingredients in addition to exfoliation can reduce melanin and eliminate skin blemishes.
  • Your dermatologist may use a laser to remove blemishes.
