The best herbs for lowering blood sugar without medication

Red ginseng:

Some studies have also shown that high dietary fiber intake helps control blood sugar and reduces excess insulin in the blood and plasma fat concentrations in type 2 diabetics.

Garlic:

Garlic contains powerful substances such as disulfide, allicin, and sistering that protect the body against many diseases. Allicin is a sulfur-containing compound that affects blood sugar.

Its anti-hyperlipidemic properties and high blood pressure have significant benefits for people with diabetes. Lowers blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels when taken consistently in therapeutic doses.

Cinnamon:

Studies show that cinnamon positively affects controlling blood sugar and fat levels in type 2 diabetics. It contains 18% polyphenols and helps the body’s cells control glucose levels and respond to insulin.

Turmeric:

Due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, turmeric helps prevent and treat type 1 and 2 diabetes. Turmeric also improves insulin function, reduces insulin resistance, and protects beta cells (responsible for insulin secretion). Turmeric also helps boost immunity and prevent infections that people with diabetes are exposed to.

Many people with diabetes suffer from osteoarthritis because blood sugar and the standard inflammatory processes in diabetes often damage the joints, so turmeric helps reduce joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

blueberry:

Due to 4-hydroxy isoleucine, an amino acid in this plant, Fenugreek improves the metabolic symptoms associated with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and reduces fasting blood sugar levels, carbohydrate absorption, and cholesterol.
