- 200 to 300 grams of lean meat
- 3 colored bell peppers
- Garlic 4 to 5 cloves

- Half a glass of milk
- Ring olives 2 tbsp
- 4 scoops of flour
- Mozzarella cheese 400 g

How to make pizza dough
Mix yogurt with some garlic, sugar, salt and sourdough, stir to absorb milk. Be sure to grate the garlic and then mix it with the yogurt.
Then add the rest of the milk and stir. When the mixture foams, it means it is ready. Add the flour little by little to the ingredients and stir until the dough hardens and then knead. Add the flour little by little because we need some flour so that the dough does not stick to the hands, so do not add all the flour to the yeast at once.
Prepare the dough and set aside.
First, divide the lean meat into three to four parts.
Pour some oil in a saucepan and add the pieces of meat. Then place it on a gentle heat of the stove flame.
Add onion to flavor the meat. Divide the onion into four parts and add to the meat. When you have finely chopped the onion, you can easily separate it from the meat at the end.
Mash the garlic and add to the meat.
Add some water to the meat and put it on the heat for an hour to cook completely.
When the meat is ready, chop it by hand.
Now pour a little oil in the pan and put the minced meat in it and fry a little.
Spread the prepared dough.
Sprinkle some flour on the kitchen board and place about 150 to 160 grams of dough on it. First, spread the dough a little by hand and then open it with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle some heart sauce and ketchup on each bread.
Then add the meat. If you wish, you can also chop some mushrooms at this stage and add them to the pizza.
Pour the pizza cheese on the dough.
Now chop the bell pepper and pour it on the cheese with olives.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes and place the pizza in it for approximately 40 minutes, after which let the pizza stay longer in the oven if the pizza bread is raw.
