Recipe: Delicious lasagna without the need for an oven (45 language subtitles)

Lasagna is one of the most famous international dishes, which is actually one of the most famous pasta in Italy.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Lasagna sheet 500 g
  • Minced meat 500 g
  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Pizza cheese 400 g
  • Sour lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Thyme 1 tbsp
  • Enough salt and black pepper
  • Enough turmeric and oil
  • 2 tablespoons white flour
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 2 glasses of milk

Step 1
To prepare a simple and delicious lasagna, first, chop the onion finely, put a suitable pan on the heat, add the onion with a bit of oil, and fry well until the onion is light and glassy.

Step 2
At this stage, add the minced meat with some salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the pan and fry well to change the color of the meat. Then chop the bell pepper into small pieces and add to the pan.

Step 3
Saute the bell peppers slightly to mix with the other ingredients, slice the mushrooms and add to the pan with sour lemon juice. Then fry the mushrooms to add water and fry.

Step 4
At this stage, on the one hand, we gather the ingredients in the pan, and on the other hand, we add the tomato paste. Roast the tomato paste for a few minutes until it is completely fried and has a raw taste.

Step 5
Now put the lid on the pan to cook the ingredients with water. Meanwhile, prepare the bechamel sauce; for this purpose, pour the flour in a separate pan and fry it a little to get the raw smell of flour.

Step 6
Now add the butter and fry with flour until completely homogeneous. Then add warm milk and stir the ingredients regularly so that the flour does not become lumps, then let the sauce thicken.

Step 7
Stir the sauce constantly until it thickens like porridge, then remove from the heat and let it cool. Remove the meat ingredients from the heat after the water has evaporated in the pan to cool.

Step 8
At this stage, turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius to heat completely, then select the appropriate oven dish. Then place the lasagna sheets in lukewarm water to soften slightly.

Step 9
Now pour some sauce on the bottom of the dish, then put a slice of lasagna on the sauce. Then rub a thin layer of minced meat mixture on the lasagna sheet sprinkle some pizza cheese and thyme.

Step 10
Layer the lasagna ingredients in the same way. Cover the last layer with pizza cheese, then place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes to prepare the lasagna. Turn on the grill for a few minutes until golden on the cheese at the end of cooking.
