How to prepare donuts:

Step 1:
To make homemade donuts, first, pour half a glass of warm water into a suitable container and then add a tablespoon of yeast to the water and start stirring.

Step 2:
Then add a teaspoon of sugar to the above ingredients, stir and keep in a warm environment for about 15 to 30 minutes until ready.

Step 3:
In another bowl, break 2 eggs and mix well.

Step 4:
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt to the ingredients and stir again. Continue for about 3 minutes, and then add the butter to the temperature that has reached room temperature.

Step 5:
At this stage, add lukewarm milk to the ingredients and stir a little to combine.

Step 6:
Add the prepared yeast to the above ingredients and stir again to mix the ingredients.

Step 7:
Then pass the flour through a filter, add to the ingredients, and stir, noting that you add the flour little by little and mix to notice the elasticity and concentration of the dough.

Step 8:
Once you have found the right concentration of dough, take it out of the container, knead it on your board and knead it so that it loses its stickiness and does not stick to your hands and table.

Step 9:
Spread the dough, place it in a greased pan, pour some oil on the dough, put a clean cloth on the pan, and rest in a warm environment for about 45 to 60 minutes.

Step 10:
After the dough rests, the texture of the dough becomes soft, hollow, and slightly sticky, and you have to take it out of the bowl and knead it again on the work table, which has some flour on it, and pay attention to what you use. Do not harden too much flour.

Step 11:
Then take a tray and lightly grease the bottom. Then make a donut dough of the same size and shape using a unique donut mold with a hole in the middle. Of course, this can also be done without a template. And it does not have a beautiful shape. Finally, place a piece of cloth on the tray and let the dough rest again for about 30 minutes.

Step 12:
Pour some oil into a suitable pan and put it on the heat to heat the oil. Then put the donut dough in the pan and when one side is fried, turn it over to cook the other side and finally set aside to add extra oil. Is drawn.

To decorate donuts, you can use the melted chocolate bar as well as colored truffles.
