Chocolate cake is one of the most delicious and popular types of cakes globally, which is usually served as an evening meal or snack.

Step first
First, turn on the oven at 170 degrees Celsius to prepare the chocolate cake to heat it well. If you use an electric oven such as a microwave or toaster, you should set the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius.

Step  stage

At this stage, cover the desired mold with greaseproof paper or separating oil. Then take 3 tablespoons of flour, add cocoa powder and baking powder to the flour, mix well and sift three times.

Now pour the eggs with sugar and vanilla in a suitable bowl, then stir with a high-speed mixer for 5 minutes until the mixture is elastic and creamy. Then add the milk to the bowl.

Step fourth

Now set the mixer on medium speed and mix the milk with other ingredients for 30 seconds. Then add the oil and mix with the other ingredients for 10 seconds. Then we add flour to the elements in three steps.

Step Five

We use lychee to mix the flour so that the puffed eggs do not fall asleep. Mix one side of the ingredients gently to get a smooth cake. If the icing is too thin, add 1 tablespoon of sifted flour.

Step Six

At this stage, pour the icing into the mold and tap the work surface several times to remove excess air from the icing. Then place the mold in the preheated oven to bake the cake thoroughly.

Step 7

After 40 minutes, test the cake with a toothpick and if it is thoroughly cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit, then take it out of the mold and put it in the desired dish.

Step eight

If you want to decorate the cake with chocolate, pour 200 grams of bar chocolate with 1 tablespoon of oil in a bowl, melt it on steam with the Ben Marie method, and then pour it on the cake.
