Jelly is one of the most delicious and popular desserts usually used before a meal, and this delightful dessert is present at most parties.

- Aloe vera jelly powder 1 pack
- Watermelon jelly powder 1 pack
- Kiwi jelly powder 1 pack
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 and a half glasses of boiling water
- 50 grams of chocolate bar
To make a delicious and colorful jelly, first, take the milk out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before, put it in the kitchen, and let the milk adjust to room temperature.
Now peel the kiwi and chop it into cubes. Then we choose a suitable pan, pour kiwi in the pan, add sugar, and put the pan on gentle heat.
At this stage, add a small amount of water to the pan containing the mixture of kiwi and sugar, then let the kiwi stay on the heat and boil. Note that due to the acidity of the kiwi, if we do not do this, the jelly will not close.
The fourth step
After 3 to 4 minutes, remove the kiwi and sugar mixture from the heat and let it cool completely. Then choose a suitable bowl then pour the kiwi jelly powder into the bowl.
At this stage, add 1.5 cups of boiling water to the kiwi jelly powder, then mix until the jelly particles are completely dissolved. Then let the kiwi jelly cool completely, then choose the right mold.
Now pour the cooled kiwi mixture in the desired mold, then pour the kiwi jelly gently on it and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes until it is half-closed. Then we choose a separate bowl.
At this stage, pour the aloe vera jelly powder into a bowl, add 1 glass of boiling water, mix until the jelly particles are completely dissolved, let it cool completely and reach room temperature.
When the aloe vera jelly has reached room temperature, add the milk and mix. Then take the mold out of the refrigerator, pour the aloe vera jelly on the kiwi jelly, and put it back in the fridge.
At this stage, put the jelly in the refrigerator again for 40 minutes until it is half-closed. Then place the chocolate bar on the indirect heat of the kettle to melt, then pour the chocolate into a funnel or nylon.
Now choose a suitable bowl, pour watermelon jelly powder into it and pour 1 glass of boiling water on the watermelon jelly powder. Then mix until the jelly particles are completely dissolved, then cool completely.
At this stage, take the jelly mold out of the refrigerator, then cut the melted chocolate into tiny sizes on the sides of the tube mold. Then pour watermelon jelly on aloe vera jelly, then put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Finally, after 1 hour, when the jelly has set, we take it out of the refrigerator, and you can decorate it to your taste.
