Homemade date vinegar

The ingredient is:

Dates weighing two kilograms.

Water in 9 glasses

Plastic bag of a large size.

strainer.

Two teaspoons of yeast.

Three teaspoons of sugar.

Glass containers.

Preparation:

Mix dates and water in a plastic bag.

After mixing sugar and yeast, close the container tightly and leave it aside for at least 20 days until bubbles appear, indicating the process of turning into ethyl alcohol has been completed.

Make sure to cover the package well with a cloth to prevent the mixture from being exposed to various external factors that could cause it to rot.

For another twenty days, leave the mixture aside.

Pour the vinegar into a colander and drain the clumps well after removing the cloth from the package.

For 10 minutes, heat the vinegar in a pot and stir well.

Let the vinegar cool slightly after it has been removed from the heat.

Place the vinegar in sterilized glass containers and close them tightly.

Date vinegar benefits

Salads and all kinds of food are prepared with it, as it gives them a sour taste.

The vinegar is suitable for diets because it suppresses appetite, dissolves fats in the body and can be used by placing a teaspoon in a glass of water to dissolve fats.
